RTE10654 is the newer Rheem / EcoSmart replacement part number for the legacy HA-P024 control board.

This OEM control board is designed with simplicity in mind, allowing for quick and easy troubleshooting of compatible EcoSmart, Eemax, Rheem, and Richmond electric tankless water heaters.

Troubleshooting Steps

1. Check Power Supply
Ensure the unit is receiving power at the terminal block. If power is present, proceed to the next step.

2. LED Display Check
When power is supplied, the LED display should illuminate once the temperature knob is turned to the desired setting. If the display does not illuminate, this may indicate a faulty control board.

3. Replacement Recommendation
If the LED display remains off after confirming proper incoming voltage, replacement of the control board is recommended.
